Srinagar, May 18, 2014 (PPI-OT): In occupied Kashmir, the Hurriyet Conference terming the sacrifices rendered by the people of Kashmir for the right of self-determination as the greatest asset has said that it because of these sacrifices that the Kashmir dispute gained recognition in the world. The Hurriyet Conference in a statement issued in Srinagar reiterated the Kashmiris’ resolve to continue to offer the sacrifices until the dispute was resolved in its historical perspective.
It paid glowing tributes to prominent liberation leaders, Mirwaiz Moulvi Muhammad Farooq, Khwaja Abdul Ghani Lone, the martyrs of Hawal and other martyrs. The statement said that these martyrs sacrificed their lives for the freedom from India’s forcible occupation.
