Met Office Predicts Rain and Thunderstorms Across Regions

Islamabad: Rain-windstorm and thunderstorms are expected in scattered areas of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Islamabad, Potohar region, south and east Punjab, Gilgit-Baltistan, and Kashmir during the next twelve hours. Hot and dry weather is expected in other parts of the country.

According to Radio Pakistan, temperatures in major cities recorded this morning include Islamabad at twenty-two degrees centigrade, Lahore and Peshawar at twenty-seven, Karachi at twenty-eight, Quetta at twenty-one, Gilgit at thirteen, Murree at fifteen, and Muzaffarabad at twenty-two degrees centigrade.

The weather forecast for Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir indicates cloudy weather with chances of rain-wind and thunderstorms in Srinagar, Pulwama, Anantnag, Shopian, Baramulla, Jammu, and Leh. This morning, temperatures recorded were Srinagar, Pulwama, Anantnag, and Baramulla at twelve degrees centigrade, Jammu at twenty-two, Leh at zero, and Shopian at eleven degrees centigrade.
