Military Leaders Commemorate 1965 War Heroes on Defence and Martyrs Day

Islamabad: On Defence and Martyrs Day, the Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee, alongside the Services Chiefs and members of the Pakistan Armed Forces, collectively honored the heroes of the 1965 War. Their tributes highlighted the bravery and sacrifices made during one of the country’s most significant military engagements.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the military leaders reiterated their steadfast dedication to defending Pakistan from any threats and challenges. They emphasized that the Armed Forces, in coordination with Law Enforcement Agencies, remain vigilant and passionate about safeguarding the nation, inspired by the resilience and spirit demonstrated in September 1965.
