Millat Tractors Limited’s 143rd board of directors meeting

Karachi, August 07, 2013 (PPI-OT): We like to inform you that 143rd Board of Directors meeting of Millat Tractors Limited (MTL) for the approval of Annual Accounts and appropriations of profit for the year ended June 30, 2013 is scheduled to be held on Friday, August 16, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. at the Company’s Corporate Office, 4th Floor, 83-A-E/1, Main Boulevard, Gulberg III, Lahore.

Pursuant to the requirement at the listing regulations, the closed period of the Company shall be from August 08, 2013 to August 16, 2013 (both days inclusive).
