Minister Asserts Constitutional Protection for Minorities in Pakistan

Islamabad: Minister of State for Religious Affairs Kesoo Mal Kheal Das has stated that minorities in Pakistan are enjoying complete religious freedom and constitutional protection. Addressing a ceremony in the city, he emphasized that Pakistan is a peace-loving nation that consistently promotes a message of peace across the globe.

According to Radio Pakistan, during his address, the minister condemned what he described as recent acts of water aggression by India. Kesoo Mal Kheal Das alleged that water was deliberately released with the intention of submerging the sacred Gurdwara of Baba Guru Nanak Dev Ji.
