Minister Highlights Govt’s Efforts to Advance Women’s Rights.

Islamabad: A delegation of representatives from UN Women Pakistan and the Interagency Gender and Development Group called on Minister for Law Azam Nazeer Tarar in Islamabad today. The talk focused on collaborative strategies and targeted actions to address the persistent barriers facing women in Pakistan.

According to Radio Pakistan, the Minister highlighted the government’s continued efforts to advance women’s rights and significant legislative measures. He emphasized that these efforts are aligned with Pakistan’s commitments under international frameworks to ensure equal opportunities and protection for women.
