Srinagar: In a heartfelt message to the Muslim community, Mirwaiz Umar Farooq extended warm greetings on the advent of Rabial Awwal, the month that marks the birth of Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him), highlighting its significance as a time of enlightenment and moral reflection.
