Islamabad: Mobilink Bank, a prominent digital microfinance institution in Pakistan, has announced a strategic partnership with fintech company NymCard and technology consultancy Dellson Associates aimed at advancing digital financial services and cross-border transactions. This collaboration is expected to play a crucial role in the evolution of financial inclusion in the country.

According to a statement by Mobilink Bank, the partnership will leverage NymCard’s technology platform to offer digital lending solutions such as Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL), Send Now, Pay Later (SNPL), and Instant Card Issuance. Dellson Associates will focus on leading the technology enablement and digital transformation for Mobilink Bank. These efforts are intended to support the bank’s goal of delivering scalable and forward-thinking financial services.

The collaboration seeks to provide consumers with flexible financial tools. BNPL allows customers to purchase items and pay over time, while SNPL offers immediate money transfers with structured installment payments. This approach is designed to ease financial pressures and offer consumers greater control over their finances.

Mobilink Bank’s initiative is part of its broader strategy to establish influential partnerships that span various sectors, promoting excellence in finance, technology, and operations. The memorandum of understanding (MoU) highlights the bank’s dedication to innovation and its commitment to staying at the forefront of digital banking trends.
