Mohsin Naqvi and Faisal Kundi Address Law and Order in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa

Peshawar:Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi held a meeting with Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Faisal Karim Kundi to discuss the law and order situation in the region.

According to Radio Pakistan, the meeting focused on the deteriorating security conditions in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and developments related to the ongoing long march. Concerns were raised about the potential for terrorists to cross security checkpoints during the march.

The participants criticized the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and provincial ministers for using helicopters and other government resources during the long march, labeling it as a direct violation of the Islamabad High Court’s decisions.

The meeting concluded with an agreement that the Governor House would fulfill its constitutional responsibilities should the President or Prime Minister decide to impose Governor’s Rule or an emergency to protect the province from terrorism.
