Islamabad: The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting has dismissed the ongoing propaganda by Afghan media and officials regarding alleged phantom strikes in Kunar as absurd. This statement underscores the Ministry’s stance on the misinformation circulating about military operations in the region.
According to Radio Pakistan, a Fact Checker from the Ministry has highlighted that the persistent propaganda, fueled by Afghan media and officials with support from Indian propagandists, reveals the Afghan Taliban Regime’s lack of services, welfare, and governance offerings to its citizens. Instead, the regime is said to rely heavily on misinformation and hatred to maintain its position.
The Fact Checker emphasized that the Afghan officials have seemingly adopted tactics of deception and false flag operations from their Indian counterparts. The Ministry labeled these actions and accusations as absurd and without merit.
Furthermore, the statement clarified that under Operation Ghazab Lil Haq, any military actions by Pakistan targeting Afghan-based terror infrastructures are conducted transparently. These operations are declared openly, fully owned, and supported by precise evidence, ensuring that only terror support infrastructures are targeted.
