Moon sighted, first Ramazan on Thursday

Islamabad, March 22, 2023 (PPI-OT): Ramazan-ul-Mubarak moon has been sighted and tomorrow (Thursday) will be first Ramzan. This was announced by the Chairman Central Ruet-e-Hilal Committee Maulana Syed Muhammad Abdul Khabir Azad in a news conference a short while ago after chairing a meeting of the committee in Peshawar. Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has felicitated nation and Muslim Ummah on beginning of Ramazan.
In a tweet today, he said this month teaches us self-accountability, discipline and sacrifice.
