Lahore: Motorway Police will launch a Radio Frequency Identification system in the Salt Range.

According to Radio Pakistan, this information was shared by Inspector General Motorway Police Riffat Mukhtar Raja during a meeting with a delegation of transporters in Lahore. The RFID system aims to establish a public service speed control monitoring system where vehicle speeds will be monitored through an automated process.

The initiative is expected to enhance traffic management and ensure road safety by utilizing advanced technology to track and regulate vehicle speeds effectively.
