Muslim Man Beaten to Death in Bihar by Hindutva Mob

Patna: A Muslim man was beaten to death in Bihar by a group of Hindutva extremists, marking yet another instance of rising violence against religious minorities in India.

According to Kashmir Media Service, the victim, identified as Sabrati Nadaf, was brutally attacked after his son was accused of stealing a cigarette from a shop in the Morwada area of Samastipur district. Nadaf’s family members, who attempted to intervene, were also assaulted.

An FIR has been registered against nine individuals following a complaint filed by Gulnaza Khatoon, the daughter-in-law of the deceased. Those named in the complaint include Phulo Mukhiya, Rajaram Mukhiya, Raghuvir Mukhiya, Meera Devi, Veena Devi, Manishad Devi, Kavita Devi, and Malo Devi.
