Mysterious Deaths of Two Kashmiri Laborers in Leh Spark Calls for Investigation

Leh: The community is in shock after the discovery of two Kashmiri laborers found dead under mysterious circumstances in Leh, a town in the Ladakh district of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir.

According to Kashmir Media Service, the deceased were identified as 25-year-old Afreen Ahmed, a professional driver, and Aqeel Ahmed, both hailing from Doda. Their bodies were found in a rental house situated in the highly militarized area of Leh.

The families of the deceased have called for a thorough investigation into what they suspect to be foul play. Local sources have expressed concerns over the involvement of the Indian army in the deaths of the two laborers, demanding accountability and a transparent probe to bring justice for the victims.
