NA Speaker Seeks Proposals for Nominating Opposition Leader by 3:00 PM Tomorrow

Islamabad: Speaker National Assembly Sardar Ayaz Sadiq has sought proposals for nominating the Leader of the Opposition by three p.m. tomorrow. In his remarks, he announced that members are informed to submit their proposals for the nomination, accompanied by signatures of members belonging to the opposition, to the Speaker’s Chamber.

According to Radio Pakistan, the count for determining the Leader of the Opposition will take place on Wednesday at three p.m. The Speaker emphasized that a member with the greatest numerical strength, after verification of the signatures, shall be declared as the Leader of the Opposition.
