NAB Hands Over Retrieved State Land to Federal Government

Islamabad: The National Accountability Bureau has handed over retrieved state land to the Federal Government.

According to Radio Pakistan, a formal ceremony for the handing over of retrieved state land was held in Islamabad today. On behalf of the Federal Government, Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Industries and Production Haroon Akhtar Khan received the retrieved land from NAB Deputy Chairman Sohail Nasir and Director General NAB Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Farmanullah.

NAB retrieved 310 kanals of state land, worth billions of rupees, located in Haripur. Speaking on the occasion, Haroon Akhtar Khan emphasized that under the directives of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, the protection of national resources is the government’s top priority.
