Naseerabad Eye Camp Conducts 134 Laser Operations with Qatar Charity Support

Naseerabad: Deputy Commissioner Munir Ahmed Khan Kakar lauded the efforts of Qatar Charity and Al-Shifa Eye Trust after a successful three-day eye camp in Naseerabad, where 134 laser eye surgeries were performed. The camp aimed to address the vision problems of local residents, providing critical care at no cost.

According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Balochistan, the camp received commendations for its impact and the quality of medical services provided. Development Projects Coordinator for Qatar Charity, Salman Nazar, and local officials, including Assistant Commissioner Syed Ali Shah Abbasi and MS Dr. Shaukat Khosa, highlighted the significant contribution of the camp to the community. Deputy Commissioner Kakar emphasized the importance of collaboration between government and welfare organizations to enhance healthcare services, recognizing the substantial relief the camp brought to the community by offering free, otherwise costly, treatments.
