Naseerabad Initiates Measures to Improve Traffic Flow on Sindh Balochistan National Highway

Naseerabad: Deputy Commissioner Munir Ahmad Khan Kakar announced plans to address the growing traffic congestion on the Sindh Balochistan National Highway in Naseerabad. The initiative aims to enhance the convenience for commuters by removing obstructions caused by improperly parked vehicles and designating specific areas for buses and rickshaws.

According to Directorate General Public Relation – Govt of Balochistan, the measures include clearing rickshaws and carts from the highway and relocating bus stops to the old bus stand. The Deputy Commissioner spoke at a meeting attended by local traders, transport owners, and civic officials. The discussion also covered the formation of a committee comprising local administration, police, transporters, and traders to oversee the implementation of traffic management plans and to consider further improvements.

The committee is tasked with examining all pertinent issues to ensure smooth traffic flow and enhance the area’s aesthetic appeal. Deputy Commissioner Kakar emphasized the collective responsibility of the community to maintain the city’s beauty and functionality.
