National Assembly Adjourns Brief Session, Set to Reconvene Sunday

Islamabad: Today’s session of the National Assembly, chaired briefly by Deputy Speaker Syed Ghulam Mustafa Shah, was adjourned until Sunday afternoon.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the session convened but quickly dispersed, with proceedings scheduled to resume at 03:00 p.m. on Sunday. The reasons for the brief session and the agenda for the upcoming meeting were not disclosed in the initial announcement.

This scheduling move places focus on the next assembly gathering, where pending legislative and national issues are expected to be addressed.
