National Assembly of Pakistan Reschedules Next Session to October 25

Islamabad: In a recent procedural adjustment, the National Assembly of Pakistan has shifted its upcoming session to Friday, October 25, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. This change moves the session from its original schedule on Thursday, October 24, at the same time.

According to National Assembly of Pakistan, the rescheduling is in accordance with clause (b) of sub-rule (2) of rule 49 of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the National Assembly, 2007. The Honourable Speaker authorized this change, exercising the powers conferred by the mentioned clause.

This decision facilitates parliamentary proceedings under revised scheduling, ensuring that legislative activities continue smoothly within the framework of established rules.
