Karachi: The National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) hosted a significant program at its Head Office in Karachi to observe Eid Milad-un-Nabi, a day cherished by Muslims worldwide as it marks the birth of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). The event underscored the Prophet’s enduring message of peace and guidance.
The celebration commenced with the recitation of the Holy Quran, followed by Naat recitations by Mehmood Ashrafi and Khawar Naqshbandi. The renditions created a spiritually enriching atmosphere, highlighting the Prophet Muhammad’s teachings on honesty and service to humanity.
Mr. Rehmat Hasnie, President and CEO of NBP, addressed the attendees, noting the significance of 12th Rabi-ul-Awal as a reminder of the Prophet’s legacy. He emphasized the importance of integrity and compassion, which are central to the Prophet’s message.
The program saw attendance from NBP’s senior management and staff, reflecting the bank’s dedication to honoring Islamic traditions and fostering an environment of unity and respect.
