National Bank of Pakistan’s postponement of the extraordinary general meeting

Karachi, July 05, 2013 (PPI-OT): Please refer to our letter No.SBOD:1855 dated 10-6-2013 regarding holding of EOGM on Monday the 8th July 2013 at 9:00 A.M. at Crystal Ball Room, Marriott Hotel, Karachi.

In this regard we have to advise that the said EOGM of Shareholders has been postponed. We shall seek permission for fresh date of EOGM from the stock exchanges separately. The enclosed notice is being published in the newspapers.

Inconvenience caused to you in this regard is regretted.

Shareholders are informed that the Extraordinary General Meeting (EOGM) of NBP scheduled to be held on Monday, 8th July 2013 at 9:00 A.M. at Crystal Ball Room, Marriott Hotel, Karachi has been postponed. New date will be announced in due course.
