Karachi: National Refinery Limited has officially announced the appointment of new executives and alternate directors, a move that signifies a pivotal shift in the company’s leadership structure effective October 21, 2024.
Mr. Shuaib A. Malik will take on the role of Chairman of the Board, bringing with him a vision for the company’s future direction over his three-year term. Concurrently, Mr. Shahid Waheed Khwaja has been re-appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of National Refinery Limited. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), Mr. Sajid Nawaz and Mr. Babar Bashir Nawaz have been appointed as alternate directors for Mr. Laith G. Pharaon and Mr. Wael G. Pharaon respectively. These appointments are set to take effect from October 22, 2024.
