Navy Continues Flood Relief Operations in Punjab and Sindh

Karachi: Pakistan Navy continues relief and rescue operations in flood-affected areas of Punjab and Sindh. Director General Public Relations Navy in a statement, said Pakistan Navy’s Emergency Response Teams have been deployed in Jalalpur, Multan and in various regions of Sindh, including Kashmore, Ghotki, Sukkur, and Shikarpur.

According to Radio Pakistan, the Emergency Response Teams are equipped with hovercrafts for rapid access to inundated areas, rescue boats and specialized diving teams to assist in rescue and relief operations.
