NDMA Team Reaches Peshawar to Oversee Relief Operations

Peshawar: On the directions of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, an NDMA team has reached Peshawar to oversee relief operations. NDMA is providing full support to the provincial government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and the Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA).

According to Radio Pakistan, NDMA is continuously monitoring all relief efforts being carried out by the concerned agencies. Due to recent heavy rains, flooding, landslides, and lightning strikes, 321 people have lost their lives in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
