New Mobile App for Parents of Differently-Abled Children Launched in Pakistan

Islamabad, The National Information Technology Board (NITB) and the Ministry of Human Rights have launched an online mobile application to help parents of differently-abled children connect with educational opportunities and other resources.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the app is designed to bring approximately thirty thousand out-of-school differently-abled children into the educational mainstream. The app will help parents find suitable educational institutions near their residences, allowing them to apply online without needing to visit a physical location.

This new technology aims to facilitate the integration of differently-abled children into the education system, offering a convenient way for parents to explore educational options and connect with services in their local area. The initiative reflects the government’s commitment to improving accessibility and inclusion for all children, regardless of their abilities.
