Notice Issued for Lost Share Certificates of Al-Ghazi Tractors Limited

Lahore: Famco Share Registration Services (Pvt) Limited has reported the loss of several share certificates belonging to Mr. Muhammad Akhtar Sheikh, concerning Al-Ghazi Tractors Limited, on September 03, 2024. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the lost certificates encompass a total of 1,300 shares.

The shares, all registered under folio number 6477, have been listed across multiple distinctive numbers ranging from 57049157 to 22422168. The certificates numbered from 96577 to 96590 were reportedly misplaced by Mr. Sheikh, whose address is registered at House No. 382-B, Faisal Town, Lahore. Each certificate represents 100 shares.

The Exchange has been alerted to avoid transactions involving these certificates to prevent any fraudulent activity. A notice has been issued to the shareholders and the broader market participants. If no objections are raised within seven days following its publication in a newspaper, Famco will proceed to issue duplicate certificates to the shareholder.
