Islamabad: OIC-COMSTECH and the Ministry of Higher Education, Scientific Research, and Vocational Training of Chad have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to strengthen bilateral cooperation in science and technology. The agreement was signed by Coordinator General of OIC-COMSTECH Professor Dr. M. Iqbal Choudhary and General Secretary of Ministry of Higher Education, Scientific Research and Vocational Training of Chad Pr. Reounodji Frederic.
According to Radio Pakistan, this agreement establishes a framework for technical assistance and capacity building aimed at supporting Chad’s research institutions and industrial development.
