OIC Council of Foreign Ministers to Meet on March 7 in Jeddah Over Gaza Situation

New York: Deputy Prime Minister Muhammad Ishaq Dar has announced that an extraordinary meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers (CFM) of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) countries will take place in Jeddah on the 7th of next month.

According to Radio Pakistan, Muhammad Ishaq Dar revealed this information during a news conference in New York. He mentioned that Arab leaders are scheduled to convene about the situation on the 27th of this month. This will be followed by a meeting of Gulf leaders on March 5, leading up to the extraordinary CFM meeting on March 7 in Jeddah, where he will represent Pakistan.

During his address, Ishaq Dar also highlighted his interactions with the Pakistani diaspora, emphasizing Pakistan’s consistent efforts in presenting its stance on critical issues such as Kashmir and Palestine.
