OLP Financial Services Announces Board Meeting to Review Quarterly Financials

Karachi: OLP Financial Services Pakistan Limited has scheduled a board meeting for October 24, 2024, at its registered office in Karachi. The meeting will focus on the Condensed Interim Financial Statements for the quarter ending September 30, 2024.

The company announced this meeting in a formal notice addressed to the General Manager of the Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited. The agenda primarily revolves around the review of financial statements from the recently concluded quarter.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), OLP Financial Services has also declared a “Closed Period” from October 17 to October 24, 2024, as per the Clause 5.6.4 of the Stock Exchange Regulations. During this time, no director, CEO, or executive of the company is permitted to trade shares directly or indirectly.

The notice further indicates that TRE Certificate Holders of the exchange will be informed about the meeting, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Surveillance, Supervision, and Enforcement Department of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan, located at Islamabad, has been cc’d in the notice.
