Over 650 Candidates File Nomination Papers for Gilgit-Baltistan Elections

Islamabad: Over six hundred and fifty candidates have submitted their nomination papers for the upcoming Gilgit-Baltistan General Elections. These elections are scheduled to be held on the 7th of June this year.

According to Radio Pakistan, the Election Commission reports a competitive political environment ahead of the polls across all twenty-four constituencies of Gilgit-Baltistan. The next phase of the electoral process, including the scrutiny of nomination papers, will proceed as per the announced schedule.
