Islamabad: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has described the Pakistan-China All-Weather Strategic Cooperative Partnership as a fundamental pillar of regional stability and prosperity. This statement comes ahead of a significant visit by Chinese Premier Li Qiang, which is expected to further cement the longstanding friendship and cooperation between the two nations.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, in a recent post on his X handle, Prime Minister Sharif lauded the upcoming visit as historic and productive, poised to deepen the ties between Pakistan and China. He mentioned that the discussions during Premier Li’s visit will cover the progress of ongoing initiatives, particularly the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC), and will explore new avenues for mutually beneficial cooperation.
