Pak-Qatar Group and ILMA University Forge Partnership to Bolster Islamic Finance Sector

Karachi: Pak-Qatar Group and ILMA University have entered into a strategic partnership aimed at enhancing the talent pool within Pakistan’s Islamic finance industry. The agreement, formalized through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), seeks to leverage ILMA University’s expertise in business and technology to address capacity constraints in the sector.

According to Pak-Qatar Family Takaful, the collaboration will enable Pak-Qatar Family Takaful Limited to improve its service quality by integrating skilled professionals from ILMA University into its operations. The partnership is expected to provide the company with access to a diverse range of talent, thereby enhancing its ability to deliver innovative financial solutions and customer service.

Kamran Ali Khan, Head of Human Resources and Training at Pak-Qatar Group, highlighted the significance of the initiative. He noted that the collaboration with ILMA University aligns with the group’s commitment to offering superior Islamic financial solutions and ensuring a secure financial future for its customers. The partnership is anticipated to play a pivotal role in strengthening the Islamic finance industry in Pakistan.
