Pak-UAE Joint Ministerial Commission to Reconvene After 13 Years

Islamabad: Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar has expressed his approval for the upcoming 12th session of the Pak-UAE Joint Ministerial Commission, set to take place in the UAE next month. This marks a significant resumption after a 13-year pause.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the announcement followed discussions between Dar and the UAE Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Ahmed bin Ali Al Sayegh. The dialogue occurred while Dar was in the UK, focusing on the Organization of Islamic Cooperation and vital bilateral trade and investment cooperation.

Both officials underscored their dedication to enhancing the strong fraternal bonds between the two countries, reflecting a mutual commitment to deepen ties through the commission’s activities.
