Pakistan-Afghanistan Ceasefire Conditional on Compliance: Asif

Islamabad: Defence Minister Khawaja Muhammad Asif has stated that the ceasefire agreement with Afghanistan will remain effective as long as its terms are not violated. He emphasized that the agreement does not have a specified time limit.

According to Radio Pakistan, the Defense Minister made it clear to Afghanistan that there will be no cross-border infiltration. The ceasefire is contingent upon adherence to this condition, underscoring the importance of mutual respect for the agreement’s terms to maintain peace in the region.
