Pakistan and Azerbaijan Agree to Expand Cooperation in Trade and Energy

Baku: Pakistan and Azerbaijan have agreed to expand cooperation in trade, investment, urban development, agriculture, tourism, infrastructure, and energy. The agreement was reached during a meeting between Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz and Azerbaijan’s Minister of Economy Mikayil Jabbarov in Baku.

According to Radio Pakistan, Maryam Nawaz, speaking on the occasion, highlighted Punjab’s economic reforms, Special Economic Zones, and the upcoming Punjab Economic Transformation Plan. The meeting underscored the importance of strengthening bilateral ties to foster economic growth and development in both regions.
