Pakistan and Bangladesh Unite in Support of Palestinian Cause

New york: Pakistan and Bangladesh have expressed unwavering solidarity with the Palestinian people and their just cause. This came during a meeting between Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar and Adviser for Foreign Affairs of Bangladesh, Md. Touhid Hossain on the sidelines of the International Conference on the Two-State Solution at the UN headquarters, New York.

According to Radio Pakistan, both leaders expressed deep concern over the grave humanitarian crisis in Gaza and the ongoing Israeli aggression. They emphasized the importance of achieving meaningful outcomes from the conference to address these critical issues.

On a bilateral level, the two countries reaffirmed their commitment to deepen political, economic, and cultural cooperation. They also discussed ways to enhance connectivity and foster people-to-people exchanges between the two nations.

The meeting concluded with an agreement to review bilateral ties and undertake high-level visits in the near future to further strengthen their relationship.
