Pakistan and Jordan Ink 4 MoUs on Culture, Media & Education

Islamabad: Pakistan and Jordan have exchanged four Memoranda of Understanding for cooperation in culture, media, and education. The MoUs were exchanged at a ceremony held at Prime Minister House in Islamabad, witnessed by Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif and King of Jordan King Abdullah II ibn Al Hussein.

According to Radio Pakistan, the agreements include a Program for Cultural Cooperation between the two countries and the establishment of Urdu and Pakistan Studies chairs at the University of Jordan. Additionally, an agreement has been reached between Pakistan Television and the Jordan Radio and Television Corporation, as well as a separate agreement for cooperation between the Pakistan Broadcasting Corporation and the Jordan Radio and Television Corporation.
