Pakistan and Jordan Pledge to Boost Economic Ties Across Multiple Sectors

Islamabad: Pakistan and Jordan have agreed to enhance collaboration in a variety of sectors. The understanding was reached during the Pakistan-Jordan Inter-ministerial Commission held in Islamabad.

According to Radio Pakistan, Jordanian Minister for Industry and Trade Yarub Qudah expressed a strong desire to strengthen bilateral relations with Pakistan. He expressed confidence that this year will mark a significant breakthrough in trade and economic relations. Qudah noted that the two countries have agreed to establish a working group to focus on various sectors.

Minister for Commerce Jam Kamal Khan remarked that the two nations enjoy brotherly relations and are eager to transform this into strong economic ties. He mentioned that both sides have agreed to enhance cooperation in trade and investment, industries, banking and finance, agriculture, higher education, vocational training, maritime, energy, and minerals.
