Pakistan and Qatar Commit to Continued Coordination on Regional Affairs

Islamabad: Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar held a telephonic conversation on Monday with the Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Qatar, Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani. Ishaq Dar informed the Qatari Prime Minister about the recent discussions and decisions made by Pakistan’s National Security Committee concerning India’s unsubstantiated allegations, inflammatory rhetoric, and unilateral measures.

According to Radio Pakistan, the Qatari Prime Minister emphasized the importance of sustaining regional peace and stability and highlighted the role of dialogue and diplomacy in resolving state disputes. Both leaders reiterated the strong fraternal ties between Pakistan and Qatar, agreeing to continue close coordination and consultations on the evolving regional situation.
