Pakistan and Saudi Arabia to Enhance Cooperation in Energy and Minerals

Islamabad: Pakistan and Saudi Arabia are set to strengthen their ties in the energy and minerals sectors, as stated by Minister for Petroleum, Ali Pervaiz Malik. The minister expressed that the brotherly relations between the two nations would lead to tangible outcomes, including investments, technology exchange, and joint projects.

According to Radio Pakistan, Ali Pervaiz Malik discussed these prospects during a meeting with Saudi Ambassador Nawaf bin Saeed Al-Malkiy in Islamabad. The minister highlighted that the “Future Minerals Forum,” held in Riyadh, served as an important platform for enhancing energy cooperation between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.

The Saudi Ambassador emphasized the importance of continuous engagement between the two countries for enhancing cooperation in the mining sector. Both sides agreed on the need to strengthen their collaboration in the areas of energy and minerals.
