Pakistan and Turkiye Commit to Strengthen Educational Collaboration

Samarkand: Pakistan and Turkiye have reaffirmed their commitment to intensify bilateral cooperation in the education sector under UNESCO’s framework. The pledge was made during a meeting between Pakistan’s Minister of State for Federal Education, Wajiha Qamar, and Turkiye’s Minister of National Education, Prof. Dr. Yusuf Tekin, on the sidelines of the UNESCO Conference.

According to Radio Pakistan, the discussions centered on enhancing collaboration in teacher training, vocational and technical education, and digital learning. Wajiha Qamar expressed appreciation for Turkiye’s strong partnership with Pakistan, acknowledging the support provided through various educational initiatives, scholarships, and institutional collaborations.
