Pakistan and Turkiye Form Joint Team to Boost Health Sector Cooperation

Islamabad: Federal Minister for National Health Services Syed Mustafa Kamal has announced the formation of a joint team comprising health experts from Pakistan and Turkiye to identify areas where both countries can benefit from each other’s experiences in the health sector. He made these remarks during a meeting with the Turkish Ambassador in Islamabad.

According to Radio Pakistan, the meeting featured detailed discussions on enhancing bilateral cooperation in the health sector. Matters related to promoting public-private partnerships and exploring investment avenues to strengthen the health sector also came under discussion. Both sides agreed to expand cooperation in the production, trade, and technology transfer of medical devices and other healthcare products.
