Pakistan and Turkiye Pledge to Enhance Bilateral Ties and Cooperation

Istanbul: In a significant diplomatic engagement, Pakistan and Turkiye have committed to deepening their cooperative relationship, covering multiple sectors. This pledge came during a high-level meeting between Pakistan’s Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi and Turkiye’s Defense Minister Yasar Guler.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the meeting took place in Istanbul, where both ministers discussed ways to strengthen ties and foster mutual interests across various fields. The Turkish Defense Minister expressed his gratitude to Minister Naqvi for his participation in the International Expo, emphasizing the event’s role in bolstering international partnerships.

Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi reciprocated by inviting the Turkish minister to the upcoming Ideas Expo in Pakistan. The event is designed to promote innovation and development within the region. Both officials praised the current trajectory of their countries’ bilateral relations and agreed to explore new areas for collaboration that will benefit both nations.
