Pakistan and Turkmenistan Aim to Enhance Trade and Connectivity Ties

Ashgabat: Pakistan and Turkmenistan have agreed to deepen their bilateral relations, focusing primarily on enhancing trade and connectivity. This agreement was reached during one-on-one meetings between President Asif Ali Zardari of Pakistan and two top Turkmen officials—President Serdar Berdimuhamedov and the National Leader of the Turkmen People, Chairman of the People’s Council, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.

According to Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, the discussions covered the entire spectrum of bilateral relations. President Zardari also reiterated his invitation to both Turkmen leaders to visit Pakistan, emphasizing the importance of personal diplomacy in strengthening ties between the two nations.
