Pakistan and UAE Reaffirm Commitment to Strengthen Economic Ties

Islamabad: Pakistan and the United Arab Emirates have reaffirmed their commitment to deepening their strategic economic partnership. This commitment was made during a meeting between Minister for Finance and Revenue Senator Muhammad Aurangzeb and Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to Pakistan, H.E. Salem M. Salem Al Bawab Al Zaabi, in Islamabad.

According to Radio Pakistan, Muhammad Aurangzeb expressed Pakistan’s dedication to enhancing its partnership with the UAE. He acknowledged the UAE’s ongoing support to Pakistan in various sectors, including trade, investment, remittances, government-to-government financing, and assistance with international financial institutions.

Ambassador Al Zaabi emphasized that strengthening bilateral ties, particularly in strategic, economic, and cultural areas, would be a priority during his tenure.
