Pakistan Army Soldiers at Siachen Glacier Extend Eid Greetings to Nation

Pakistan: Pakistan Army soldiers stationed at snow-covered Siachen Glacier have extended heartfelt Eid-ul-Azha greetings to the people of Pakistan. In their special Eid message, the soldiers said that while the entire nation celebrates Eid festivities, they remain alert on the snow-covered peaks of Siachen to safeguard the homeland.

According to Radio Pakistan, the soldiers said they stand like a wall of steel to defend the country amid extreme cold, icy winds and towering snow-clad mountains. The troops reaffirmed that the sanctity of the national flag is dearer to them than their lives, and any aggression by the enemy will be responded to with full force.
