Islamabad: Pakistan and Azerbaijan have reaffirmed their commitment to further enhancing bilateral cooperation, particularly in the fields of defence and aviation. This development was highlighted during a meeting between Defence Minister Khawaja Muhammad Asif and the outgoing Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Pakistan, Khazar Farhadov.
According to Radio Pakistan, the meeting took place in Islamabad where the Minister appreciated the Ambassador’s contributions towards strengthening Pakistan-Azerbaijan relations during his tenure. The Minister also conveyed his best wishes to the Ambassador for his future endeavours, emphasizing the importance of continued collaboration between the two nations.
