Pakistan-Azerbaijan Parliamentary Group Initiates Briefing Session on Bilateral Ties

Islamabad: The Pakistan-Azerbaijan Parliamentary Friendship Group convened a significant briefing session, featuring presentations from the Ministries of Foreign Affairs and Commerce. The session aimed to enhance bilateral relations, promote trade and investment opportunities, and explore new avenues for cooperation between the two countries.

According to National Assembly of Pakistan, the briefing was attended by Members of the National Assembly (MNAs) including Mir Khan Muhammad Jamali, Zulfiqar Ali Bhatti, and Sardar Muhammad Latif Khan Khosa. Other attendees included Zahra Wadood Fatemi and Romina Khurshid Alam, who participated virtually, along with Shaista Pervaiz Malik. The session was chaired by Syed Raza Ali Gillani, MNA and Convener of the Pakistan-Azerbaijan Parliamentary Friendship Group.

The meeting emphasized strengthening ties between Pakistan and Azerbaijan, with a focus on boosting economic collaboration and exploring mutual benefits in trade and investment sectors.
