Pakistan, Bangladesh to Strengthen Ties in Combating Cybercrime, Online Fraud

New york: Pakistan and Bangladesh have agreed to strengthen collaboration in combating cybercrime and online fraud. The understanding was reached during a meeting between Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi and his Bangladeshi counterpart Salahuddin Ahmed in New York.

According to Radio Pakistan, Mohsin Naqvi emphasized the importance of seizing new opportunities to further strengthen bilateral relations between the two countries. The discussions between the ministers also covered the Iran-US tensions and the prevailing situation in the Middle East.

During the meeting, the Bangladeshi Interior Minister appreciated Pakistan’s role in promoting regional peace, highlighting the constructive efforts made by Pakistan in this area.
